As our products are personal-use beauty items, they cannot be resold once opened or tried on for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only issued in cases where the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
